Most of the surprises in a first trial are not chemistry, they are handling. Resin that sat open overnight, a cooling profile carried over from PET, a die gap set for a stiffer melt. Fixing those four or five habits accounts for most of the gap between a trial that stalls and one that produces sellable packaging.
